1) Click "Start" Menu

2) Select "Outlook Express" or Select "Programs" then Select "Outlook Express"

3) Select "Tools" menu

4) Select "Accounts" submenu

5) Click on "Add" and Select "Mail"

6) Enter in your name, in "Display Name" Box and click "Next"

7) Enter in your email address (eg; johndoe@lasar.net.au) and click "Next"

8) Enter in "mail.lasar.net.au" in "Incoming mail (POP3) Server"

9) Enter in "mail.lasar.net.au" in "Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server" and click "Next"

10) Enter in your username in "Account name" box (eg; First part of your email address; john doe)

11) Enter in your password in "Password" box and click "Next"

12) Click Finish

Your Outlook Express is ready to collect mail.
